Hmm...it was available digitally from Zinio, but it seems to have been pulled. Not sure what's going on with Tokyopop's properties right now. I'll see if I can find out.

I've checked with my collaborator, Chris Schons, and neither of us is sure if this is available at all right now. Tokyopop has pretty much shut down its publishing operations, so I don't know if I can get an answer soon. Sorry about that! We'll try to find out more.
